But yeah the sauce was fantastic, like I said, it's going to be showing up for Christmas, just in mass quantities :)<br />Cheesecake is so easy! Though it is an acquired taste. I think you've hit on a classic combination, especially for the Christmas season. On a green paper liner, or garnished with holly, it's a quick transition from a birthday cheesecake to a holiday cheesecake.
